Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Mental health resources are essential to help our students build emotional resilience, improve social skills, and manage stress. We’re seeking technology, puzzles, workbooks, and games that will engage our students in hands-on activities that promote relaxation, problem-solving, and self-regulation.

Technology: Tablets and laptops can offer access to mental health apps, mindfulness activities, and educational tools that teach coping strategies.

These digital resources will help students explore their emotions in a way that resonates with their needs.

Puzzles and Games: Cognitive activities like puzzles and strategy games encourage critical thinking, teamwork, and focus. These tools also provide a calming break from academic pressures while helping students develop social and emotional skills in a low-stress setting.

Workbooks: Mental health workbooks will give our students structured, step-by-step activities that guide them through building coping strategies, setting goals, and understanding their emotions. These are crucial for helping them navigate their feelings and improve self-awareness.
