This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

Please help this veteran teacher enter the new world of kindergarten! I am a teacher at a high-need, low-income school. Since I am starting a new classroom adventure, I really need your help!

Since we are a high-need, low-income school, the teachers are expected to purchase the majority of our own classroom supplies. This is always a financial drain, but it is especially true when you are starting in a new grade. I want my students to have the best advantages possible.

To set up a successful classroom, my students need new center activities, which will aid in their reading and math development; name tag holders, so they are safe on our field trips; and table dividers so they can focus on their work.

The help you provide will make it possible for my students to have a successful school year. You will truly make a difference in their lives and in mine. Thank you in advance!
