My Project

These training items will ensure that we have better tools to work with, in order to keep our pitching staff's arms healthy and in shape. The Driveline and Skillz plyo balls will give us a tried and true way to get our arms into shape. It will also be a fairly new concept for some of them. I believe they will be eager to learn new ways and strategies to stay healthy throughout the season. The medicine balls will also give us another tool. We will be able to consistently work on strengthening areas of the body that are involved in the throwing process. To top it off what pitcher doesn't like to throw with brand new Pearls. The box of Wilson baseballs, is just that.
