My Students

My kiddos, students, are energetic three-year-olds from various backgrounds. They come to school with a great deal of energy and love, along with the curiously to learn. Each child is enthralled with learning like a scientist and using their math minds. We ask questions which drive our learning, we make observations, predictions, and hypothesis about various topics. Giving my students the opportunity to experience more science and math topics in our classroom would open their worlds to topics and activities that they would otherwise not have in our classroom

My Project

If these items were funded, it would give my students the opportunity to begin to question the world around them while also developing theories and solutions in both the areas of mathematics and science. We will be able to delve into the interests of each student while expanding their knowledge base in these areas. By creating both images and experiences for the children to develop their schema we will develop and nurture a great foundation for my three year old students who will hopefully take that love for science and math with them as they grow into adulthood.
