Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This year my teammate teacher and I are endeavoring to structure our classrooms to better align with the thinking classroom. We are trying to help our students take hold of their own education and learning. The asked for items include collaborate poster workstations, hardy storage, and space rugs allowing focused areas.

The goal for these items is to help facilitate spaces around the classroom to be used by students to help deepen their learning in a thinking classroom structure.

I would like to equip them with the structures and storage for our workbooks. Allowing students to be able to have more organizational skills and practice working as a team.

We are a Title I school and we are struggling to give our students some of the things which would make our classroom more accommodating to the Thinking Classroom and hospitable in general.
