My Project

We love books in our classroom! We read for a half hour every day. Without our independent reading time, my students feel unfulfilled. Books transport us to new worlds and give us new dreams to chase. "A book is a dream you hold in your hand," Neil Gaiman.

"Once upon a time lasts forever," Philip Pullman.

My students need a vibrant, modern and engaging classroom library. It takes new books to stay excited with reading, and these graphic novels are going to do the trick! There are so many books for my amazing group of 4th and 5th grade engineers, including "Data Set," "Secret Coders" and I've added more Narwhal and Jelly books and the newest Babysitters Club graphic novel--a modern classic. There are a lot of books in this project; with over 30 books, there has to be something for everyone.

We are on our way to becoming great readers and your support is crucial to that goal. Thank you for considering our project!
