My Project

Speech therapy is important in facilitating communication! I am a speech therapist in a school setting. This year, we have a new Kindergarten class for children with Autism. My wonderful students are on various levels of communication. Some of my students speak in short and simple sentences while some of my students do not speak at all, but can repeat what they hear.

In therapy, we use simple crafts and worksheets to facilitate making simple utterances, answering simple questions, following simple directions, labeling, describing, and so much more.
