This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are producing theatrical shows. We need makeup brushes and a makeup case to allow the students to learn how to properly put on theatrical makeup. This will help them have successful shows. It will also allow them to learn about theatrical makeup techniques during our class time together.

We would like to provide them with proper material and a place to organize it.

We are working on building our supplies including everyone that wants to be a part of it. We include all humans in our makeup project by having makeup that works for any skin tone. This is important to have so we can take steps for all students to feel included.

We are building our program back up again. We don't have a lot of supplies so this will help us build our theatrical program to help students continue to grow in their theatrical experience, which can translate to multiple skills they will use as they graduate and go into the world as adults.
