My Students

The students at my school are highly motivated to meet new challenges, especially when it comes to learning new technologies. We are the only campus in our district to move to a 1:1 program where every student has a school provided Chromebook or a laptop from home. Most classes use Google Classroom to streamline assignment, projects, and tests as well as to reduce the amount of paper we use every day. In addition to being academically motivated, our campus has one of the most spirited student bodies I've ever come across. Just come by one of our amazing rallies to see it in person!

My Project

The few carving tools left over from the 3D Art program are old and limited in their capacity to create the types of complex surface quality we are looking to implement.

These carbon steel heads are designed to pull, not push, which allows for greater control when carving designs and patterns. These sets will last for years and years and benefit every ceramics student to walk through our doors!
