My Project

Hello to whoever may be reading this!

I hope all is well and thank you for considering to fund my project.

I am approaching my second year of teaching and am currently working at a charter school that is poorly funded like many other schools. Due to Covid, many of our school's materials and classroom furniture were discarded for health and safety reasons. Also, the major problem, many of our scholars are struggling to maintain organization and often lack the materials necessary for tactical learning.

This year, I would love to incorporate and encourage learning by having an organized and engaging classroom environment through the use of display centers for work using clipboards, folders to foster parent-teacher communication, art supplies to foster creativity, and more! I have also included materials that will help my scholars use our classroom space to their advantage such as magnetic curtain rods to hang an interactive calender and hang anchor charts, toothbrush holders to encourage no pencils left behind, and binder rings to keep mini anchor charts looped at their desks.

All of the materials in this project will be beneficial to my scholars in some way and implemented in my classroom management. I would love it if you could contribute to my project in any way possible!
