My Students

I am extremely lucky to teach students in Kindergarten through 2nd grade in a vibrant neighborhood on the south side of Chicago, in an area full of families and people proud of their community.

The students in my music class are natural performers full of spunk and natural talent.

They may come from disadvantaged backgrounds, but nothing is stopping my students from being amazing! Help my awesome little students grow as musicians, learners, and performers, and you certainly won't regret it!

My Project

These two sets of conga will enhance our music class by helping us build our collection of classroom percussion instruments. The more of my amazing students that can get their hands on musical instruments the better, and these instruments will certainly get lots of loves from my music students.

Performing on instruments is an invaluable part of music education, and these conga will help us enhance our musical experiences.

It is so inspiring to see the joy in my students when we have a drum circle, and these conga will help spread the joy to everyone in the entire school.
