Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Every student should be able to come to school feeling their best, regardless of their home situations. For some of my kids, they will only eat two meals a day, breakfast and lunch at school. We are requesting toothpaste, snacks and maxi pads.

Parents often struggle with making ends meet; my kids should not have to worry about something such as that when they're at school and in my classroom.

Every child deserves a safe and clean environment in which to thrive in, both at home and school. Although sometimes that may not be the case at home, I would like to provide them with that safety net at school.
