Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I am a teacher at P.S. 335 located in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. I have taught third through fifth grades in the past six years. Next year, I will teach third grade and am in need of a portfolio center. With the NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND policy, students are required to have an ongoing portfolio to track their progress throughout the school year. The portfolio center stores students' writing and projects in an organized way. The Lakeshore Learning Store sells a center containing twelve portfolios. I am asking for two centers since I will have twenty one students on my register this coming year.
