This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Since the Covid 19 pandemic, many of our wonderful students have been struggling with mental health issues. Students need explicit instruction in building a positive self-image, having healthy interactions with their peers, and setting healthy boundaries. These items will support me as I address the issues that many of my students are facing today. I will be working in individual and group settings to support these and many more issues. My students range from 5th grade to 12th grade. These materials support a variety of mental health concerns.
