Help me give my students the knowledge that they need to understand self-love. I am proud of the "All Families Are Special" books that give insight into the differences and similarities we all possess.

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
I plan on using this project to help my students learn about the different cultures within our classroom. Learning about all ethnicity gives the children a sense of pride. The project will introduce cultural food and have readings about children from all across the land.
Providing self-confidence and awareness in children at an early age stimulates pride within.
Most importantly, the children will learn about the difference in food choices among their peer's diets and may have a chance to acquire the food item during a time of celebration such as birthdays or graduation.
