This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I work in a Title One school district. I teach some of the most awesome students at the school. My kids love coming to school everyday, ready and eager to learn. A lot of them do not have access to technology at home. I would like to get them a nice computer that can be used to create power points and mini videos for class assignments. They are very creative and I would like to support their endeavors as much as I possible can. I am so grateful to be a part of Donor’s Choose community. My students will benefit from this project because I want to provide them with the opportunity to use a technology piece in class. My students work hard to complete work in class and I want to lend a helping hand to those students who don't have a device to use in class.
