This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love to read. The books that we have in our classroom library are hand me downs and have been loved so much that they are falling apart. I have been building a new classroom library and need a bit of help to provide a literacy rich environment. These books will help my students explore what the world around them looks like by incorporation stories about different types of families, buildings, neighborhoods, animals, and school. They will be able to explore their feelings and let their imaginations soar as they read.
