Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Flexible seating is a huge benefit for anyone because sitting all day stinks. Our brightest students just need a small adjustment to help start their engines. Give them the choice to sit or stand. This option is a game changer and a great way to promote self directed learning. Moving brains require moving bodies. Please consider donating a portion to purchase 10 standing desks that will have a positive impact for up to 12 students (2-3 students for 4 classrooms). Most importantly, we selected standing desks with a cool dry erase feature and foot hammock. We are thankful for your consideration. Our students are truly a grateful bunch, which makes them a gift to work with.
