This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Working with English Language Learners requires lots of bright activities and opportunities to expand language. The colorful clocks, visual timers, and rhyming stories in this project will enhance new skills for young elementary children to take turns, learn social skills, grow vocabulary, work with peers appropriately as well as enjoy coming to class for speech and language interventions. These skills in turn help them to better succeed in the general education classroom with subjects such as reading, letter recognition, social navigation, and English language mastery. Please consider helping my students with your generous support of these items.
