This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

What I love about my scholars is that they are so eager to learn.

They are special because they are always coming up with ideas on how to make the learning environment more inviting.

By Using the Explore Maker, we will be able to create process charts, alphabet charts with pictures, we can add labels to the classroom shelves, and create titles for our inside and outside bulletin boards. It will also help our students create special gifts to give on those special occasions throughout the school year like Mothers Day, Fathers Day, and other events. Especially when we are learning about the different topics in science.

By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve our learning environment, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement by creating opportunities for the scholars to increase their literacy. Scholars will be able to read the words on the bulletin boards and process charts. Along with using their creativity to create items related to what they are studying. For example in our Plants unit of study, the scholars can work in groups to create a flower garden. We can then use creation to display in the school hallway for all to see.
