My Project

Kindergarteners often begin school not knowing the letter names and the sounds they represent. The alphabet that hangs high on our classroom wall is not easily accessible to my students. A rug that has the alphabet and pictures printed on it will allow my students to interact with the letters in a fun way.

In order to effectively teach my students, the classroom environment has to be filled with letters and pictures to support their learning and this rug will do just that.

My students will be able to interact with the letters and will be better able to recall the symbols printed on it so that they can learn the sounds.
