This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The books and materials I am requesting will play a crucial role in helping my students grow as readers and thinkers. By providing access to a diverse selection of high-interest, age-appropriate books, we can foster a love for reading that extends beyond the classroom. These resources will not only support students in developing stronger reading skills but also encourage them to explore new genres, improve their comprehension, and engage with texts in meaningful ways. The additional classroom materials will enhance our literacy lessons, offering tools for deeper discussions and creative projects that strengthen critical thinking and writing. With your generous support, my students will have the opportunity to build the foundational skills they need to become confident, lifelong readers.
