Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hello! I am a pre-k teacher in the Bronx. My students take much joy in exploring our classroom learning centers. We would love to have a listening center in our classroom. A listening center will help students develop critical listening skills.

Your contribution will help our youngest learners develop fluency, expression, and comprehension skills.

We would also love to have multiethnic dolls in our dramatic play center. These dolls can serve as a tool to help our youngest learners recognize and celebrate diversity.

We believe the books found in our listening center and the dolls found in our dramatic play area will help our youngest learners reflect on the world they live in.

Thank you for contributing. My students and I are deeply appreciative.
