My Project
I teach gifted students in a low-income area. Most of my students qualify for free and reduced-price lunch. However, my students are academically exceptional. I want them to have the resources needed to be successful. A color printer is something basic that every elementary classroom should have.
My gifted students complete many project based tasks, and many times they need to print for their projects.
I always have to apologize to them that their pictures can't be printed in color. They want their ideas to come to life and be able to showcase their creativity with an attractive project. That's why we need a color printer in our classroom.
