Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students are learning about extreme weather and ecosystems. This project will help them understand that farming may need to change drastically in the next 10 years -due to global warming and extreme weather. Hydroponics is a way to farm organically, while ensuring a crop to harvest despite what the weather is outside!

Help our students to engage in a hydroponic project that encourages them to think of the environment and how we can adapt!

This knowledge can be applied to living on Mars, or helping countries that have difficulty growing their own food!
