This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Math manipulatives significantly impact children's learning by providing tangible, hands-on tools that help them visualize and understand abstract mathematical concepts, fostering a deeper and more interactive understanding of math.
This year's goal for my students is to provide a solid foundation in basic math operations such as addition and subtraction.
I also want to encourage their critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills in all subject areas. My students students are special because they are at a unique stage of development filled with wonder, curiosity, and growth. They approach the world with fresh eyes and a sense of wonder. They find joy in discovering new things. Their enthusiasm for learning is contagious and inspiring.
