Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My fifth grade students have worked hard to build team-working, communication, and problem-solving skills. I am proud to say that they have developed business plans and are ready to make products.

Since pitching their products to "nice sharks", students will use these supplies to make their products.

They are engaged and anticipating making a profit in their first business venture!

They will present and sell their products in a school based pop-up market that will allow younger students to share in the experience. I love this merging of life skills and STEAM.
