My Students

My scholars are looking forward to an awesome 2019-2020 school year! Scholars are super excited about all the new experiences they will learn. Just like any young scholar, they are looking forward to what tools will be used in the classroom on a daily basis.

"Education is the key to unlocking the world, a passport to freedom- Oprah Winfrey.

The scholars are 3rd graders that live in an urban community. They come from a community that is low income and face challenges on a daily basis. I love each and everyone of my scholars because they’re our future leaders of the world! I'm asking for assistance in all educational supplies centered-around an Entertainment Leader classroom theme.

My Project

My goal is for each one of my scholars to make a smooth transition into the 3rd grade. The materials needed have an easy access location for scholars to locate. The pencils and highlighters will be located on their desk in color caddies. Each Giant Magnetic Lined Page and Graph & Array Lined Paper will be used during our math lessons. In addition, during our small groups, the Reusable Write & Wipe Pockets and Elapsed Time Write & Wipe Boards will be used. The Developing Writing Skills Magnetic Teaching Charts and Magnetic Folder Bins will be located on the back white board. Scholars will be able to locate their upcoming assignments by table groups from these. Throughout the school year, the laminator will be used to reward scholars work, awards, etc. Lastly, one of the biggest assets needed in our classroom, is the Interactive Projection. This will enhance their educational growth and prepare them for the 3rd Grade
