Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Hello, I teach in Texas in a low socioeconomic area, my students are very enthusiastic about learning and getting prepared for College.

Most of my students will be the first generation to attend college, they seem to have a huge sense of responsibility to achieve what no other member of their family has ever reached.

I love my students because they are such loving kids who just want a chance to become productive members of society, they are humble and have beautiful hearts and minds, they are always dedicated to learn and grow.

My Project

I am now teaching Kindergarten, I was asked to step in and take over since we sadly lost their teacher.

These materials will make it more fun for my students to make posters with copies made in color, so they can be more interested and engaged in what they are learning.

I also would like to be able to take them out to recess with music, therefore the speaker would be a great help for my students to have music to dance to, also just to listen to while they work for concentration. I know that this speaker works with Alexa and it can be used as a timer for Learning Centers.

Please consider me and my students since I work in a low socioeconomic area with many newcomer students who are eager to learn and grow, to become productive members of society.
