My Students

Help bring the Civil War alive to our students by providing these books about people and events of the Civil War.

Our students attend a middle school in a high poverty area.

They do not always have all of the resources needed to complete research projects. They are good kids who are faced with many challenges that prevent them from developing good study habits. Our teachers work hard to teach them these needed skills.

My Project

We want to be sure the Media Center has the best resources available for our students. These books will help the students to create well-written research papers. These books are about important leaders of this era and the important conflicts that divided our nation.

Help our students succeed in reading and writing about this very important time in the history of our nation.
