My Students

Students need the opportunity to engage in their own learning using technology that is current and up-to date.

My fifth grade, fourth grade, and first grade students are intellectually gifted.

They like to research topics, and create presentations to share what they learned. My gifted students also like to utilize various research resources including: videos, websites, and iPad apps. When we can share this on a larger screen the students are more actively engaged in their learning.

My Project

My students need a projector to enhance our research and class discussions. My students will be able to share the up to date information they locate during independent and small group research activities. They will also be able to share what they have learned through creative products like PowerPoint presentations and iMovies. By having these tools it will aid them in lifelong learning.

By funding this project you will be giving my students a chance to have the current technology in our classroom and be able to see the BIG picture.

This will provide them opportunity to have hands on experience with the type of technology that they will use throughout their educational careers and in their professional futures.
