My Project

My eager first grade students are preparing to start their next unit learning about the Big Outdoors. They love reading and learning but may not always have the resources to learn as much independently.

Providing books teaching about the outdoors so that my students can read unit specific books will be so beneficial to their reading life.

Students love to read what the teacher uses in the lesson and for them to have the same kind of texts at their fingertips is priceless. Being able to practice in their own texts helps them to take control of their learning!
