My Project

My students are talented busybodies who have elected to come to school a "where the arts and academics takes center stage". Compared to many other high schools, my students are programmed for longer school days in order to fit more music and arts classes into their daily schedule, resulting in many of them running out of the house without breakfast and/or packed snacks for the day. Additionally, many of my students also attend extensive after school rehearsals and activities and with only one lunch period throughout the day, I often see my kids gas out towards the end of the day. By providing them healthy snacks, I am able to care for my students as a human first so that their minds can function and create. In addition to the busy schedule, it is also important to me to provide a warm and exciting learning environment. The mounting materials and borders will help create a classroom where students feel welcomed and cared for. Your donations to my classroom will be of great help in helping me to kickoff my classroom for the year. As always, thank you for your generosity and support.
