This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are special education eighth grade students who are smart, funny and eager to learn. The addition of a Cricut machine would enhance my classroom in many different ways.
A Cricut would make my room warm and inviting, also personalize PBIS prizes to encourage positive behavior and academic engagement.
Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is a way to aid in behavior management in my classroom. Having a Cricut would enable us to personalize various prizes with students names, favorite sports team, or favorite quotes. We would also be able to decorate our classroom and bulletin boards with ease and flexibility allowing it to look warm and welcoming for all.
I've never been so excited to post a project since it will assist in the enhancement of my students behavior. A Cricut will be a game changer in my classroom. I can't wait to use it to enhance my teaching through positive reinforcement for behavior and creating a warm and nurturing environment to motivate students' learning.
