My Students

The vast majority of the students I serve come from poverty-stricken households. Despite their economic challenges, they are resilient and truly desire success. Given the new circumstances that we are all facing due to the pandemic, I want to ensure that my students have all of the necessary school supplies to ensure that we keep our classroom environment safe and positive.

My Project

These materials will help ensure that my students have all their basic classroom needs met by the start of the school year! The majority of my students come from low-income households and having these supplies donated to our room can make all the difference for them and their families. The pencils, paper, Kleenex tissue, and sentence strips will be used regularly during daily instruction. The rug will give my students a cozy place to snuggle up with their books and the flexible seating will provide options for our more active students.
