My Students
Basic supplies are valuable in kindergarten! At the end of the year, we always run out of crayons, markers, and other basic things. I am requesting these items to ensure that we do not run out of things for this school year and next year. We also need new headphones to use with our new technology.
Our school currently serves over 800 students enrolled from Head-start through fifth grade.
These students come from all over the world – over 30 countries – and speak nearly as many languages. Majority of my students are ESOL students and they enjoy doing hands on activities.
My Project
The new head phones will be used with our new tablets and chrome books to help minimize the noise in our classroom. The other supplies in the project are basic supplies that we use daily in kindergarten. Every year, I send wish list home for school supplies at the beginning of the school year and rarely get the school supplies requested. I understand that some of the parents can not afford to pay for the school supplies and that is why I am asking for your support.
The materials that I am requesting will ensure that my students will have the basic supplies needed for the whole school year.
