My Project

Many of my students in 5th grade struggle with phonics and fluency when reading. One way my students can work independently on this skill is by utilizing the our online portion of our curriculum. It allows them to complete phonics tasks and then record themselves reading passages that include the skills they just practiced. In order to do this, they need headphones that have an attached microphone. My students love listening to the playback and "hearing" themselves.

Other students struggle to read independently but do well using an online platform that reads to them but allows them to follow along.

This also requires headphones. Finally, all students need headphones to be able to take the required standardized testing in both ELA and Mathematics.

Please help me to help my students.
