This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I am requesting an iPad for my classroom. Research shows that technology is an excellent educational resource. Myself and my student's will be using the iPad in several different ways. For example, there is a plethora of educational games, SEL websites and apps for the iPad. These will be great to use in centers, voluntary independent isolation time or during small group time. There are many ways to use this educational tool. I think that this iPad will motivate and encourage them to work hard during small group and independently!
