My Students

Have you ever saved a project you were proud of, only to find it later with a corner ripped or crumpled up accidentally? Have you wanted to find a way to save it so that it would last as long as you wanted it to? Perhaps if your project had been laminated, you would not have this problem!

My second grade students create a lot of projects during the year.

In addition, we often use cutouts in our everyday lessons. It's not easy to run out to the store, when its anywhere from 30-50 miles away and buy things. We often create things in our classroom that we'd like to keep and reuse again.

My Project

A personal laminator would save our class so much time and money! We would have the equipment in our room to use at any time. With adult supervision, students would even be able to save their projects or cutouts themselves. We often like to display our hard work in the hallway and a laminated project would less likely be ripped or torn as we show off our work! It would also have less of an impact on the environment since we would be reusing our cutouts over and over and even year after year!
