My Project

Each year at the end of 8th grade before my students move on to high school I have them write 2 thank you cards to people in their lives who have made a difference. I then mail the cards out for them to ensure the people receive them.

The students get the chance to tell those who have made a difference in their lives thank you for what they have done.

The students really enjoy getting to write the thank you cards and many of them take the time to write a very thoughtful message in their cards. Over the past few years of doing this I have had many students come into class after their people have received their cards saying how much the person appreciated it and were touched to get the card.

Please help me allow my students to say thank you to those important people in their lives.
