My Project

My students attend our school usually because of mistakes they've made at their regular school. When I say I work at the alternative school, people ask, "Isn't that where the bad kids go?" I respond with, "Milk goes bad, people make mistakes."

Bryan Stevenson said, " Each of us is more than the worst thing we've ever done." The girls in our Sisterhood group are not a group of mistakes, they are a group of kind, funny, supportive, quirky girls who are learning to have one another's backs.

We started this group in order to help our young ladies to overcome challenges and to encourage positive decision making and to uplift their self esteem.

We want our girls to stand out on meeting days and on field trips, and that is why we need 50 royal purple tees because our beautiful girls are Royalty to us.
