Teen Period Products to Keep Students Safe and Comfortable

Help me give my students teen sized menstrual products including pads, tampons, period panties, fresh panties, menstrual wipes, books to learn more about what is happening in their body, and a heating pad for discomfort.

My Project

The teen sized feminine pads, light tampons, period panties, fresh panties, menstrual wipes will make a difference in my students' learning by helping them focus on their classwork rather than worrying about having a menstrual products at hand. They hopefully will also help prepare them in case of a sudden emergency and being caught off guard.

If you are a female, you can relate to those unexpected events that catch us off guard and have us rushing to the nearest Target, corner store, or whispering to our friend for a pad!

My students are middle school students some with special needs that need a safe place across from the girls restroom that they can come to get any necessary supplies to avoid the embarrassment of not being prepared or being caught off guard. Students will also have books added to the classroom library to read about what is happening with their bodies.

My goal from this project is to add to my care cabinet with a cabinet for students that are on their periods filled with feminine products such as pads, tampons, wipes, and discrete bags so my girls don't feel embarrassed about showing up to school because they might not have the materials they need at home or for those unexpected days.
