This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I have been teaching pre k for 20 years, but this is the only class I have had that does not get the exposure to technology. We do not have it in the class so we either use my laptop, or my iphone. I was disappointed when my personal ipod wouldn't sync. The older grades go to the computer lab weekly, but that does not include pre k here at this school. There are so many fun online games available, but I have to show it on the promethium board.

We also use technology for our online homework program that they love.

It would be nice to be able to show them and do some examples together!
