My Students

As a teacher working for WESM, my students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite the many challenges they face, I am looking to keep things simple and provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences.

My students are bused in from many difficult neighborhoods and I feel that the least I can do for them is provide them with guidance and mentor support.

My Project

My students don't always have the most updated technology available to them. With this new desktop, my students will be able to print out and edit work in Italian and in their other subject classes.

By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus with completing assignments, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.

Students will be able to simply focus on the academic material at hand, and not whether their materials are going to work or not.

Plus in this technology literate world, any interaction with updated technology will increase their literacy as well as their desire to learn and use the new technology!
