My Project

Teachers are dedicated to ensuring students have the best classroom resources around and students are excited to learn and grow. Every day I walk into school, I am greeted by the best-smiling five year olds. It is my job to make sure I am doing everything I can to set them up for successful school careers that lead to the amazing lives that they want and deserve.

We need access to digital materials because our SmartBoard is no longer functioning.

I use my SmartBoard 100% of the day. The Smartboard is used to display the morning message, show academic videos and so much more. I am currently using a 20 inch tablet, to display to 16 students. This is too small.

I will utilize the television as a monitor from my computer. This will give my students the opportunity to "see" the materials displayed. For example, when learning about word families, I created a slideshow where they must read the word and then see if the picture on the next slide matches what they said.

My class and myself thanks you in advance for anything you can do to support this project.
