Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

As a special education teacher working in a low-income area, there are several obstacles my students face. I want to help and provide my students with the best they need to succeed.

The students in my classroom are students with learning, speech, and emotional disabilities.

If I could describe my students I would say they're creative, funny, and unique. I provide my students with a safe, comfortable, and caring environment where they can be themselves and share their creative minds.

My Project

By adding Surface Gos to the class it would open up different doors for my students to complete their work. Learning doesn't just have to be through paper and pen, using these computers will allow my students to research, read, and type up their papers. These computers will become a tool that will help create more authentic learning experiences in the classroom.

This will make learning in the classroom more fun and engaging.

All students will be able to access learning through technology on a daily basis. I will be able to reinforce prior knowledge and help my students retain more through interactive activities.
