Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are very close and have been learning in a small school since they were in kindergarten. They are kind to each other and always help one another to succeed. They are leaders and are not afraid to be different.

Even with this new way of learning we have been forced to endure, they look forward to logging in or coming to school every day so that they can learn something new and see one another.

My Project

We need to ensure that all students have access to technology so that they can stay connected during this time when many are learning from home. Our school community has been working together nonstop to ensure that every child has access to quality education in a remote setting. Students are experiencing technology issues where they are unable to log in or join us for video meetings. We don't want that to affect their ability to learn. Students will use the technology to connect with the class, watch live lessons, and have access to online materials needed for them to learn new material.
