My Students

My students are in a highly populated, diverse school, within a large city. My students want to be interactive and collaborative with each other, but COVID has led to some cases of social anxiety and a forgetfulness of the impact that their voices have in the world.

My students come from so many backgrounds and share differences in interests, however, we know that we have the ability to make an impact in the world as global citizens and can use our talents to serve the communities that we live in.

My Project

Students will be able to use new technology in the classroom by allowing them to work in small groups, expand their creative work process, and access different forms of media. Students will be able to use technology to advance their writing by having multiple modes of access to technology. Students will be able to use utilize technology in a way to better prepare them for the technological world in which we live in. Students will be able to use technology to assist in creating presentations and discovering how they can incorporate the use of technology in their future 21st century professions.
