My Students

The students in my classroom come from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds. They vary in their abilities and behaviors, but they are all friendly, loveable and eager to learn. They find joy and happiness in the smallest things and spend their school days making me laugh and smile.

My students are already at a disadvantage due to budget shortfalls, large class sizes and building deficiencies.

They deserve and need the same opportunities that other children in other areas receive freely.

My Project

Donations to this project will make a difference immediately in my students' lives. They will be able to access the world around them in ways that they aren't able to do so now. It will allow them to gain knowledge and understanding about themselves and the world. They will utilize the tablets for reading, mathematics and writing. They will practice writing letters, identifying sight words, solving mathematics problems and learning about science and social studies.

My students who have speech difficulties and use the tablets to communicate their growing knowledge and they will also be able to express themselves without words.
