This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Class Set of Headphones - Many students break, lose, or never get headphones to use with their laptops. Online learning games are a daily practice, and most days students can utilize online read-aloud features.

Document Camera - Used excessively for instruction.

Students benefit greatly from following along with identical visuals, especially when learning how to write on the lines and produce sentences.

Document Scanner - As the report of grades is taking a more technological approach, it is important to bring attention to the strengths of online grading. A document scanner would allow me to quickly scan and upload student grades in a digital database for recordkeeping and sharing with families.
